Paralegal – Litigation | $25–$30/hr | 4-Day Workweek | In-Person

Boutique Plaintiff-Side Law Firm in Beverly Hills seeks an experienced Paralegal.

You will have the opportunity to help progress our clients’ cases involving employment law, wrongful termination, wage & hour, workplace discrimination matters and general litigation.

Daily Tasks

Propound and respond to discovery.

Prepare substantive responses for Plaintiff and review Defendant’s responses.

Prepare and file documents with state and federal courts.

Draft correspondence and communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.

Manage calendaring and scheduling of deadlines.

Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits and trial documents.

Draft and review demand letters, meet and confer letters, deposition notices, and motions.

Conduct legal research and provide case law support for pleadings and demand letters.

Answer client calls and maintain organized case files.

Your Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of paralegal experience (employment law preferred).

Working knowledge of the California Code of Civil Procedure for state and federal court.

Familiarity with DFEH (CRD) and EEOC claims process.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to perform independent legal research (Westlaw or Lexis-Nexis experience preferred).

Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.

Works well under pressure and handles multiple deadlines.

Experience with Federal procedure is a plus.
